We want to know what motivates farmers to adopt environmentally friendly practices so we are taking part in a sustainability research project.   The research is novel and hasn’t been done anywhere in Ireland before and we believe it will be very beneficial to the Carbery Group and the Co-op.  
\nThe project is a partnership between Carbery Group, Macroom E, the EPA and UCC and is part of a PhD in social science that Maeve Bowen, General Manager of Macroom E is undertaking.  If you complete the surveys, you will receive a 20% discount to the online Farmers Journal and also be entered into a draw for 4 x digital subscriptions to the Farmers Journal!
