What our Graduates have to say:
The Bandon Co-op Graduate Programme has been an invaluable experience where I felt welcomed and supported. Rotations in transport, quality, production, and Agri sales expanded my skills, with great mentorship throughout. I learned how to operate the feed mill, understand feed cube production, and work independently in the lab, analysing ruminant and poultry feed. I have tested silage and fresh grass enhancing my ability to describe the results. This programme built a strong foundation for me to prepare for my next role in the Co-op.
