Online Shopping T&Cs Terms & Conditions

Terms and conditions set out are not intended to affect or prejudice nor will it affect or prejudice the statutory rights of the purchaser under sections 12, 13, 14 and 15 of the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1893 and 1980.

All transactions whether for the sale of goods or supply of service entered into by seller with the purchaser shall be on the terms and conditions herein contained. Terms and conditions may be updated at any time.

Order Acknowledgment and Acceptance of orders

  1. All products listed are priced in Euro and include Value Added Tax. Please note that our prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  2. All information on products, listed on our online shop, is an invitation to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. Orders may not be accepted for any one of the following reasons:
  • If products appearing on our website are incorrectly priced or incorrectly described
  • If a product is out of stock
  • If payment has not been successful
  • If Shipping restrictions apply
  • If the delivery address and/or Eircode is incomplete or not valid
  • After submitting an order to us online, you will receive an order acknowledgement which will be sent to the email address provided to us. Please note that this is an order acknowledgement only, and not an acceptance of your order.
  1. Payment will be taken in advance of order acceptance and refunded in the case of rejection.
  2. Once an order has been reviewed and confirmed to fit the criteria of approval, the order will be accepted.
  3. If an order cannot be accepted, a refund will be arranged, which may take up to 14 days to appear in your bank account. In such cases, the customer will be informed by telephone or email.


  1. We deliver to all of Ireland including Northern Ireland. We do not deliver outside the island of Ireland. We do not ship internationally.
  2. Delivery is charged by weight and will be fulfilled by Fastway Couriers (or such courier as we may from time to time employ). Delivery charge is calculated on our checkout page. Delivery charge is €5.95 for all orders under 30kg. Please note that orders of €75 or over have FREE DELIVERY, however this is for standard orders of up to 30kg only. Orders over 30kg will have delivery charges applied
  3. Standard orders up to 30kg will cost €5.95. Orders between 31 - 60kg will cost €11.90. Orders between 61 - 90kg will cost €17.85. The shipping cost for your order will be calculated at the checkout. Please note this only applies to items available on the website.
  4. We are not in a position to deliver large and bulky items at this time.
  5. We aim to deliver within 3-5 working days if the item is in stock. If for any unforeseen reason an item is out of stock, we will call you with similar product options or a revised expected delivery date, or to arrange a refund if necessary.
  6. Please note that during peak periods, Christmas and during promotional periods, delivery times may take longer. This is outside of our control.
  7. Orders will be posted to the shipment name and address provided to us. Please provide Eircode with the shipping address. It is the customer’s responsibility to review this information before submitting an order.
  8. Orders are dispatched via courier Monday - Friday. All orders made after 1pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday (except where Monday is a Public Holiday in which event orders will be dispatched on the following Tuesday).
  9. If the package has not arrived within the advised delivery time, a case can be raised with us for a missing parcel.
  10. Each case will be investigated by us and a refund may be issued upon case closure in certain instances.
  11. Please allow up to 10 working days for investigations to reach closure.
  12. In the unlikely event that items are delivered in a damaged condition, please contact us by email on or alternatively by phone on 087 3566919 (please note our customer care emails and phone are monitored 9.30-1.30 Mon-Fri). An investigation will be launched with the assigned courier and we will aim to have a resolution achieved within 10 days. Please allow additional time for re-orders or replacement products.

Refund & Return Policy

  1. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your package in the same condition as received, in their original packaging, and with all accompanying booklets or guarantee, and original packaging which came with the item. If any associated tags are removed a refund will not be available
  2. Worn or altered items will not be accepted for refunds or exchanges, nor items damaged after delivery. In an instance where there is a reasonable belief that a product was worn or damaged after sale, we cannot guarantee a full refund and may offer an alternative solution. We will always aim to ensure the best possible customer service and satisfaction.
  3. We can accept Online sales returns in any of our retail stores. Refunds will then be made to the card that was used at time of purchase. Please follow the process below for any Returns. (It is advised that all goods returned for refund should be fully insured by you at your own expense and returned via a courier. Please include a copy of your proof of purchase.)
  4. How to Return your Online Purchase
  • Free returns are available in any of our stores. (Kilbrogan, Kinsale, Enniskeane) The customer is responsible for any cost incurred for returning items.
  • Complete returns form attached with your order. Note: Make sure to include your order number as subject, customer name and contact number.
  • Include this with your returned package.
  • Please package return items with care in a resaleable condition as you have received them.

  • Remember to remove / cover your own delivery address, if re-using the original shipping box and ensure the box is sealed properly.
  • We will only refund the value of the item, not any costs incurred by the customer to return the item. Where a product has been ordered in error, we are not liable for the delivery or return cost. Please keep proof of return. You are responsible for keeping note of tracking numbers for returned goods. It is also advised to take a photo of the returned order for your own records. Separate orders may not be returned together.
  1. Please allow up to 21 days for return payments to be processed once the item is received by us.
  2. Refunds will be made to the card used to purchase the item.  In the case of a gift, a delivery docket will suffice as a gift receipt, in which case you may exchange the item for an alternative. Please note that One4All card refunds will be returned to the card that was used at time of purchase. One4All ask that you retain this card in the case that a refund is required. Contact us by email on or alternatively by phone on 087 3566919, to arrange a refund (please note our customer care emails and phone are monitored 9.30-1.30 Mon-Fri). We cannot offer refunds to the recipient of a gift item.
  3. Users of this website should be aged over 18 years of age. This includes to place an order, to register an account or to sign up to our email newsletters.
  4. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the correct delivery information is provided and that your package can be received at your address. Should it occur that delivery be impossible and that the package is returned to us, the buyer will be subject to shipping fees for resending of goods.

Product Pricing

  1. We reserve the right to amend pricing on the website without prior notice. Products may also be withdrawn at any stage. Confirmed orders will be dispatched once confirmed unless we contact you otherwise.
  2. All goods are priced in Euro. The amount deducted from your credit/debit card will be that shown on the website at checkout.

Registering your Account

  1. The Bandon Co-op website allows you to store previous purchase information, your delivery addresses. Your billing and shipping addresses will also be stored. You may also store your payment information for future orders. This is fully encrypted and facilitated by Stripe. Stripe is a third party and Bandon Co-op does not hold encrypted payment information. Bandon Co-op may use your purchase information for future offers or promotions.
  2. All images, text and graphics displayed on Bandon Co-op are property of Bandon Co-op. Reproduction of any images is strictly prohibited.
  3. We may run promotions at any time. We reserve the right to change or remove any promotion at any time without prior notice. Only one discount code may be used per transaction. Some exclusions may apply. Certain products with discounts already applied may not be eligible for extra discount/promotions. Some multi-pack deals may be excluded as a discount is already applied. Some promotions are product specific and only valid on the product(s) specified in the promotion.

  1. Goods and services provided are within the means of the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980. Goods sold are subject to the statements, conditions and warranties set out in the Sale of Goods Acts 1893 - 1980.

In any case in which the seller supplies a service or goods within the meaning of Part IV of the Sale of Good and Supply of Services Act 1980, all statements, representations, conditions or warranties, as to the fitness for purpose and fitness and or quality of such service or materials supplied by the seller in connection with such service or good, whether express or implied by law or otherwise are hereby expressly excluded.

  1. Products showcased on are not shown true to size nor binding as to detail. With photography techniques and screen defaults, products can appear smaller or larger on our website. We aim to keep images true to size but on occasion we will use tools to augment size.
  2. Please note all product images, descriptions and weights are approximate. Every effort is made on the website to ensure that all information recorded e.g., product descriptions and details, is accurate. Any errors which occur will be corrected as soon as possible.

Product Availability

  1. Due to order volumes, on rare occasions, an item can go out of stock before it is possible to post an update on the website. If this occurs, we will notify you by telephone or e-mail as soon as possible to arrange a refund.

  1. We reserve the right to alter and update our website at any time. Therefore, content on the site may change without prior notice. Every effort is made to ensure the website is kept up to date.

Gift Voucher

  1. At this time, we are unable to process gift vouchers online; however, we may accept your gift voucher over the phone or in store. Gift vouchers must have a valid barcode to be accepted over the phone. You may use more than one gift voucher to complete the transaction. Only Homevalue Bandon Co Op gift vouchers are accepted. (Arro gift vouchers are not accepted.)
