Makita single speed variable, 3 mode SDS+ hammer drill is fitted with AVT, Makita's anti vibration technology, designed to protect the user from excessive hand vibration when used for prolonged periods. Powered by an 850 Watt motor and with a rating of 5.0 J and a maximum impacts per minute of 3300 the Makita HR3210C has a drilling capacity of 32 mm in concrete with a solid drill bit and a 90 mm capacity with a TCT core bit.

Makita's AVT (Anti-Vibration Technology) works from the vibration the drill creates. A built in balance moves in the opposite direction from the piston providing the hammer action, thus cancelling out the majority of vibration being transferred back through the machine. A spring loaded shock absorbing grip cushions the operator further. The HR3210C has a variable speed control and is fitted with a torque limiter device that instantly disengages the drive should the drill bit or core snag during operation. This action protects both the operator from physical injury and the machine from mechanical and electrical overload.

Features:

  • Soft start
  • Constant speed under load
  • Built-in job light
  • Anti vibration technology
  • Torque limiter The drill stops when the bit hits against reinforcements
  • Triple operation mode Rotary only, hammer only and rotary hammer
  • This 3 function machine provides rotary-only operation for drilling with a no load speed of between 315 and 630 rpm
  • Rotary action with hammer support can be selected as can pure hammer-only action for heavy-duty breaking and demolition work
  • The HR3210C has a variable speed control and is fitted with a torque limiter device that instantly disengages the drive should the drill bit or core snag during operation
  • This action protects both the operator from physical injury and the machine from mechanical and electrical overload
